Personal Branding DNA™ Certification

The Personal Branding DNA™ Certification is a two-part process and is subject to eligibility criteria.

PART I:
The Personal Branding DNA™ Program

Involves the successful completion of the Personal Branding DNA™ Program. As you are working through the process of developing your authentic personal brand you will intuitively know whether you want to add Personal Branding DNA™ to your programs and services.

Eligibility Criteria for Personal Branding DNA™ Certification

• Completion of the Personal Branding DNA™ program, having clearly established your authentic personal brand and demonstrated full engagement in the process
• Desire and passion to offer PB DNA™ Program to your own clients for its transformational value
• Progression to PB DNA™ Certification level endorsed by your PB DNA™ Coach/Facilitator of PB DNA™ Part 1
• Essential Qualities: demonstrated high level of integrity throughout Part I of the PB DNA™ process; honoring of intellectual property; high level of commitment to PB DNA™ evidenced by the depth and quality of work during your own personal brand development; commitment to high quality client-focused approach and service.

PART II:
Personal Branding DNA™ Certification Program

This part of the program involves:

• Grounding you in the strategic process and concepts of Personal Branding DNA™
• Taking a ‘training’ client through the 12 week Personal Branding DNA™ program under the guidance and unconditional support of your PB DNA™ Master Certified Mentor Coach (MCMC).

You engage in a 16-week guided process:

• Participate in 4 x weekly telephone PB DNA™ concept sessions
• Being mentored as you take your ‘training’ client through the 12-week Personal Branding DNA™ program
• Complete the two part Certification Assessment – one written; one practical.

The certification process must be completed within 9 months from time of the first concept session to the completion of the final certification assessment.

Pre-requisite to starting the certification process:

• Met eligibility criteria for certification
• Met with the PB DNA™ MCMC  and Founder and Originator of PB DNA™
• Reviewed and signed two agreements:
• One with your PB DNA™ MCMC, who mentors, guides and supports you during the Certification process.  This agreement specifies coach and certification client accountabilities and expectations; PB DNA™ certification material, including client session guides and worksheets; specific quality support/mentoring; scheduling of calls and payment plan.
• The second agreement is with the founder and creator of PB DNA™ and specifies criteria for using the PB DNA ™ process, Intellectual property aspects, royalty payment, and certification assessment fee.
• Once mutual agreements are reached and signed – the PB DNA™ Certification Mentoring process begins.

The Certification Process:

• Starts with four Personal Branding DNA™ Concept Sessions in a 1:1 or group session.
• Followed by the 12-week Personal Branding DNA ™ process where you guide your “Training Client” (arranged by you) in developing his/her Authentic Personal Brand. As your PB DNA™ MCMC I will be present on six of the 12 sessions providing mentoring and support.  It will be the first 4 sessions and two sessions of your choice. We have regular informal reviews of your learning, insights, and special needs for support, and I am there for additional support on a needs basis
• You complete the certification assessment, consisting of a written and practical component, within 4 weeks of completing the 12-week Personal Branding DNA™ process with your training client or within the 9-month timeframe, whatever comes first.

A one off $500 USD Certification Assessment fee is payable to the founder of Personal Branding DNA™ prior to starting Part II of the Personal Branding DNA™ Certification process. A nominal royalty fee is payable directly to the originator of the PB DNA™ Program for each client taken through the PB DNA™ Program with the exception of your first client ‘your training client.’

During the Personal Branding DNA™ process we take clients to deep levels of discovery where our ability to listen, elicit and challenge, and to draw out truths and deliver insights are paramount. It requires us to be grounded in the principles and practices of coaching and facilitation.  For these reasons we highly recommend that individuals who want to become certified in this process:

• Are master facilitators and/or
• Acquire coaching skills from an ICF (International Coach Federation)
  accredited school and
• Are on the path to ICF Credentialing within 12 month of commencing the PB DNA™ Certification
