Integrated Mentor Coaching for Experienced Coaches creates the environment, depth and expertise to take yourself and your coaching practice to the next level.  You are guided in building a strong personal and professional foundation that is spiritually grounded and creates the path for living a congruent and fulfilled life.

We pay special attention to the development of your coaching skills at MCC level. We observe one to two 30 minute coaching sessions per month and give you verbal and written feedback on your coaching measured against the ICF coaching core competencies at MCC level.

We guide you through a process of discovering and articulating your unique gifts and inner purpose, and in aligning and integrating them into all aspects of your life.  You are supported in building your distinct personal brand that is aligned with your inner purpose and makes you naturally stand out in competitive global markets. You develop your marketing mindset that utilizes your natural strengths.

Working via telephone makes this program available to you from anywhere in the world at mutual suitable times with built in flexibility.  It is the most time and cost effective way to take yourself and your coaching practice to the next level and enjoy living a congruent and fulfilled life.

Pre-requisite: To explore how this advanced mentor coaching framework may align with you personal style and practice development, we invite you to a 30 minute obligation-free telephone session at a mutually suitable time.  For our clients’ and our personal benefit we only work with individuals who are ready and committed to fully engage in this process and the work required. 

For the best results we recommend that we work together for a period of twelve months, with a minimum of eight months.

Your monthly investment in the integrated mentor coaching program is $900 AUD/month. Add 10% GST for Australia.  Your investment includes:

• Two or three telephone coaching sessions per month (2x90 minutes or 3x60 minutes).
• One to two verbal and written evaluations of your coaching measured against the ICF coaching core competencies at MCC level (live or taped coaching sessions of 30 minutes) and remedial coaching as required. These evaluations need to take place within each month and are not carried forward as credit.  This will ensure your strong development as a master coach as we concurrently work on your personal brand and business development.  
• Email support or brief calls (up to 10 minutes) between sessions as needed
• Three monthly 30-minute progress reviews
